Andrew Bruskin is an Associate Attorney of The Russell Friedman Law Group,
LLP in New York. He has a unique focus on no-fault and healthcare law,
which allows him to represent hospitals, doctors, and other medical groups
or professionals who need to go up against insurance companies in and
out of court. In order to try to save a dollar, insurance companies often
deny reimbursement to medical groups who provide care to people in need.
Attorney Bruskin is there to help make certain his clients are treated
fairly and that New York No Fault regulations are followed accordingly.
Throughout his legal career, Attorney Bruskin has managed 10,000+ no-fault
arbitration hearings. He has also taken 100+ no-fault arbitration master
appeals cases. In other words, few other attorneys in New York and beyond
possess the same level of no-fault arbitration and representation knowledge
as Attorney Bruskin. If your company, corporation, or medical group is
in the middle of a difficult situation due to an uncooperative insurance
company, then you want Attorney Bruskin on your side.
While attending Stony Brook University, Andrew was involved in the University’s
Supreme Court, as well as both the Student and Academic Judiciaries. He
was able to help decide certain cases, giving him incredible insight into
the legal processes that unfold in higher courts, which mirror those conducted
in the University. He continued his education at the College of William
& Mary Law School. It is at this prestigious school that he completed
his Juris Doctorate (JD).
Attorney Bruskin is known by his clients, peers, and the courts for his
calm demeanor and reasonable approach to arbitration and casework. He
is committed to concluding a client’s case in a way that benefits
them but also avoids needless conflicts that only slow processes down.
