Backed by more than 40 years of experience, Bruce M. Klein has provided
high-quality healthcare consulting services to clients throughout New York.
At Russell Friedman & Associates, Bruce is the partner in charge of
the Firm's consulting and compliance team. He represents healthcare
providers and carriers in no-fault regulation cases. In fact, he played
an instrumental role in our firm’s work in obtaining clarification
from the NYS Department of Financial Services that UB-04, the standard
hospital billing form, is a bill in no-fault. With his help, our firm
also established that an ER bill cannot delayed for the receipt of Form NF-2.
Attorney Bruce Klein’s extensive knowledge regarding no-fault laws
has been sought by various organizations and associations over the years.
A member of the Nassau Bar’s Health and Hospital Section, Mr. Klein
presented on “The Relationship Between No Fault Insurance, Compliance,
and Revenue Cycling”. He has presented to both Hospital Executives
as well as the State Regulator on this issue, as well as other no -fault
issues affecting the public.
Bruce continues to provide insight on current and proposed no fault regulations,
as well claims practices affecting the hospitals of the State of New York.
He was an active member of the Risk and Insurance Management Society and
during this tenure, Bruce was also a featured speaker to industry groups,
as well as the Long Island Association.
