Niagara, NY Russell Friedman & Associates was a proud returning supporter of the Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center’s Black-Tie Gala. This year it raised over $275,000 at its annual fundraiser, The Premier, held Saturday, January 18 at the Seneca Niagara Casino and Resort.
This year’s event was co-chaired by Drs. Rajinder Bajwa & Simmanjeet Mangat and Dr. Marnie LaVigne and Robert Fohl, and once again hosted a sold-out crowd of 960 people.
Honorees at this year’s event were Gerald Gorman, M.D. who serves as Memorial’s chief of emergency medicine, and Mary Alice Demler, WGRZ-TV2 “On Your Side” anchor, who received the Nancy Gara Spirit Award.
The funds raised from this year’s event will support Memorial’s surgical services and the Thomas B. Golisano Medical Oncology Center which will open on the Medical Center’s Tenth Street campus in late spring 2020.
