Daniel S. Hallak joined The Russell Friedman Law Group, LLP in 2018, bringing a diverse background in civil rights, employment law, personal injury, administrative proceedings, and contract law litigation to our prestigious team. He has successfully litigated multiple complex matters on both the federal and state levels throughout the state of New York.
Attorney Hallak earned his Juris Doctor from Touro Law School in 2010 after completing his undergraduate work at the University of Arizona. While in law school, he held multiple judicial clerkships and was ranked the #5 law school student in the nation for Negotiation in the American Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution competition.
During his career, Attorney Hallak has served as an Assistant Attorney General with the New York State Office of the Attorney General, where he was assigned to the Suffolk Regional Office for five years. Prior to this position, he was of counsel to a law firm that focused on criminal and family law, including presenting oral arguments before the Appellate Division.
Attorney Hallak is an active member of the Hicksville Lions Club, which partners with Nassau University Medical Center to help provide services to the surrounding communities. He is also the Secretary of the Huntington Lawyers Association.
Attorney Hallak is fluent in conversational Spanish.
