Erin S. Stamper is a New York attorney who has been practicing in the fields of no-fault, real estate, and commercial litigation since 2008.
As a Senior Associate at The Russell Friedman Law Group, LLP, she is responsible for all phases of litigation from inception through appeal. She has been charged by the firm with the drafting of complex legal memoranda on cutting-edge issues arising in no-fault law.
In addition, Attorney Stamper has significant experience drafting legal memoranda on a myriad of issues arising within the context of other fields of law, including, breach of contract, construction, foreclosure, and landlord-tenant law.
Attorney Stamper has demonstrated a successful trial record, having achieved a positive outcome in more than 75 no-fault trials in addition to appearances at hundreds of arbitrations. Additionally, she provides consulting and compliance services to hospitals in relation to their no-fault billing, claims handling practices, and recovery plans. This includes an extensive background in assisting clients with the handling of verification requests and EUO demands.
Attorney Stamper’s overall achievements are evidenced in her being directly responsible for recoveries of millions of dollars for the firm’s hospital clients.
Attorney Stamper received her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2007 after earning her undergraduate degree in history and philosophy from Fordham University in 2004. While attending Hofstra University School of Law, she served as a Research Editor on the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and co-authored an article entitled "The Suspension of the Davis Bacon Act and the Exploitation of Migrant Workers in the Wake of Hurricane Katrina," available at 24 Hofstra Lab. & Emp. L. J. 145 (2006-2007).
Attorney Stamper is admitted to practice law in New York State, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
