Mohammad Anwar joined The Russell Friedman Law Group, LLP in 2022, with a background in civil litigation, having previously represented creditors in residential foreclosures in courts throughout New York State. Currently, Mr. Anwar handles personal injury claims and represents healthcare providers in the collection of their no-fault receivables, in both arbitration and litigation.

Mr. Anwar earned his law degree from New York Law School and completed his undergraduate studies at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. As a law student, Mr. Anwar interned with a not-for-profit organization, helping immigrants obtain asylum in the United States. Today, Mr. Anwar continues to serve the community by distributing food to families in need as a volunteer for The Whole Life Organization.

Mr. Anwar is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
